According to the Khempal views there is no need to recruit to the MIS Manager . He told that we are working properly our own way. The company Management just wasted the money to appoint the MIS Manager.

He suggest also that the Management want to recruit than they have to be recruit the three Engineers. And these placements are beneficial to the company.

The probable reason for this is they want that kind of manager,

1. The manager will give the instructions and order to how to do the work.

2. They don’t want to give the information; how they worked for the project to their MIS     Manager i.e. they don’t like the inspection of their work.

3. They are not coordinate with their superior.

DID BHATT MAKE A PERSONALLY RATIONAL DECISION?

YES, Bhatt made a personally rational decision. When he know his wife is not interested to go Gurgaon but ready to go Indore than he told to committee “I am convinced that Indore will meet  the needs of our new plant better than Gurgaon and Chennai.” So he preferred Indore rather than Gurgaon for his personal reason.

2    DID HE MAKE AN ORGANISATIONALLY RATIONAL DECISION?

Yes, he made an organizational rational decision .But in previous question I consider Mr Bhatt took personal decision .Let me specify difference between his personal as well as organizational rational decision.I strongly tell you Mr Bhatt is also social person before an executive officer. Committee was already decided to established in Gurgaon, Indore and Chennai but its totally depends on Mr Bhatt where want to establish the plant. So in my point of view it is a good decision for Mr Bhatt’s personal life as well as organizational rational decision.
